PRICES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Each of our three west-facing apartments offers everything you need for a carefree stay - and a little bit more:

The prices are per apartment and night for 2 persons. The minimum stay is 2 nights.
For short stays of up to three nights, we charge extra €50 per day.
Please note that we do not offer breakfast.
The prices include final cleaning and one parking space per apartment.
Cancellation fees: Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of your vacation are free of charge. If you are unable to start the booked stay, leave earlier or arrive late, we will charge 100% of the room price. Cancellations are only valid via email with a confirmation from us.
Pets: The daily rate is 30 euros per day. Any damage to furnishings and floors will be charged.
Baby crib is available on request. Children from 0-4 years are free of charge. Children from 4-14 are charged 30€/night.
Participation in a winery tour incl. wine tasting is included in the price.
Our house guests receive a 10% discount on the entire range of wines.
Free Bolzano Card for the duration of your stay with many benefits in Bolzano and throughout South Tyrol

Useful information:

• On arrival, the apartment is ready for occupancy from 3 pm.
• On the day of departure we ask you to check-out by 11 am.
• You can check in independently. Flexibly and conveniently via an access code at the entrance.
• The statutory local tax is not included in the price.
